There are great options available to fit all tastes across the North Bay and in nearby Sonoma. For those looking to stay close to the venue, we've reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott - Novato. The Courtyard is 4 miles from Stonetree. A shuttle to and from the venue will be provided from the Marriott.

We want you to relax and safely enjoy our Big Day, so we've arranged complimentary transportation from the wedding hotel to the wedding venue. A shuttle will transport guests from the Courtyard to Stonetree prior to the ceremony, and from Stonetree back to the Courtyard after the reception has ended.

Courtyard Marriott to Venue: 4:00 PM
Venue to Courtyard Marriott: 10:40 PM; 11:00 PM; 11:20 PM
You should plan to arrive at 4:30PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM.
The reception ends at 11:00 PM.
The first shuttle back to the Marriott leaves the venue at 11:00 PM.
Our wedding is black-tie optional.
Black-tie optional attire is a fusion between black-tie and formal attire. You can wear a tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown, if you'd like, but a dark suit or a cocktail dress are fine choices as well.
(Please don't stress about the attire)
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the terrace, outside. Dinner and dancing will take place in the grand ballroom, indoors.
While we love and adore your kids as well, this will be an adults only celebration.
